18 single rooms,
12 double rooms,
20 higher standard double rooms,
1 room for disabled,
3 de LUX rooms,
2 suites – for guests with special preferences

All rooms are equipped with an individually controlled Air Conditioning, and a full sanitation. Standard equipment of all the rooms contains: a telephone, radio, TV-SAT, Internet access, and mini tea-coffee service. The room price includes a buffet breakfast. The higher standard rooms are furnished with non-standard large beds (2,20 m.) 

The Hotel has 4 multifunctional, air conditioned conference rooms.
Each conference room is equipped with devices necessary for hosting a conference. Several different arrangements of sitting areas are possible (possibility of changing the arrangement of the rooms).

Borowiecki Hotel is conveniently situated within a coupe of hundred meters from Włókniarzy Av. – a transit route from Gdansk to Katowice. Lodz Kaliska railway station is located near by, and the nearest airport is 6 km away. Manufaktura – a shopping, culture and entertainment centre is near by, as well as the sports hall - Atlas arena
