Additional information:
The Sokolniki Las, a charming village surrounded by forest. In the middle of Poland, half way between the mountains and the sea, 20 km from Lodz, 5 km from the state road no.1 and the A-1 motorway exit. The perfect place to rest after a long journey, or for a weekend escape from the city. You can easily reach us by a tram or a bus. Both depart from the centre of Lodz.

TS are welcomed WALKS more than 120 roads and paths in the surrounding forrest area (574 ha).
ICYCLES waiting for you in the garage. There are easy and picturesque bicycle routes available in the area for you to explore.
WIMMING only 5 km away - pool, with a sauna and a steam room, jacuzzi, water whips, water slope, massage, solarium.
ORSE-RIDING only 3 km away Mala Stajnia - a stable and horse-riding school, offering horse rides through the forrest.
PONDS natural ponds, great fishing facilities, more than 100-year old water mill.
FISH fresh and smoked fish available to buy.
MUSHROOM-PICKING plenty of mushrooms to pick in the forest in the right season.
WATER MILL more than 100-year old mill, where you can still purchase rye and wheat flour.
MARKET from April until the end of October - the peasant's market, a great place for food shopping.
SKI-ING we have floodlit ski-ing routes during the winter. Also, only 15 km away, there is a ski park called Malinka with 3 slopes and ski-lift.
SKATING as soon as ponds get frozen...you can put skates on and off you go.
